Shipping policy
We have large warehouses in Europe, North America, Asia and other places.
We will choose the corresponding warehouse for shipment based on your address and inventory situation.
Due to the large number of orders we have received, your order will take 3-5 working days to process,
Then we will ship your order through logistics such as USPS, Fedex, UPS, EMS, Royal Mail, etc
The transportation time is related to the country you are in
If you order from us from outside the EU, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.
We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Not going to be in? No problem! Use DPD’s service to have your order delivered to to a safe place or neighbour that is convenient for you.
Your number WILL be required at checkout so that a text message can be sent with your one hour time slot.
If you decide not to update the delivery asking for the parcel to be redelivered another day/time, the parcel will be left somewhere by the driver and will not be our responsibility.
If the order is returned to ourselves for a reason out of our control, re-delivery costs will need to be covered.
